Grad Night

Grad Night Meeting Information:

The Grad Night Committee Needs You!

For the last 19 years it has been a tradition at Placer High for parents of the future graduating classes to plan and host an all night event (10pm –5am) for the graduating seniors.  The intent is to give them a fun and alcohol free celebration, while keeping them safe the night of graduation.  This is one of the biggest events put on solely by the parents of Placer High School, 249 seniors attended last year.  To keep this going year after year for your student, we need help from the underclassman parents - Senior parents are wanted also!  We welcome any level of involvement, but particularly need Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior parents.

Grad Night monthly meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month.  We are meeting in the loft at the new frozen yogurt shop Tango next to Hanami Sushi.  There is parking next to Big O Tires.  We use these meetings to plan grad night, discuss ideas for fundraising, and organize volunteers for various positions.  It is not necessary to attend every meeting.  If you can’t attend any meetings but still want to help, I can put you on my email distribution to keep you informed of what is going on. Please watch the bulletins on the Placer web site for meeting times and place or send my your email and I will send out a notice. Please call if you have any questions Chris Sands at 887-8599 or chrissands@starstream.net.
